Exceptional customer service from Alison, 10/10

Worst experience ever.... I first time bought Oz Design furniture and we paid for their delivery. The delivery company who attended was in a rush and quickly brought my sofa in and never let me or my husband to communication with them. They damaged three areas of my wall during delivery and never took responsibility of that. I have sold my property and have my settlement in this month. When I complained that to OZ design they asked me to solve that issue with the delivery company. I am surprise the respond from OZ design. I have nothing to do with their delivery company as I dealt with Oz design company , and I am very disappointed the way they respond to this issue and got away. Never ever will deal with OZ design again.

Paid $100 to have my dining table delivered and it comes in boxes. Deliveryman said it was drop and deliver only. Not good customer service.

Big thanks to Alison. After exploring all my options at the Homemaker Centre I finally decided on a couple of pieces from Oz Design. Alison assisted and offered several solutions without being pushy and made the whole process easy and pleasant. Picked up a few items on sale, so saved a touch over $2k as well; nice cherry on top.I'm expecting my order in six weeks (as per my request) and will update if any unpleasantness during the delivery stage.

Worst customer service ever... srore staff ..dont even answer saying its not my departmemt.angela is staff memebers name..dinnng default chair sold .. no feed back how to replace it no happy at all...

Do not buy. Did a large order. 3 items arrived damaged or not put together properly. Can't talk to someone for customer service, only email. Been told going to take another 3 months to recieve replacment. Reading reviews online, looks like I am not only 1 with quality issues with their products and poor after sales customer service

Paid $1000 for two frames and got one different size (only one size available, 7 week wait). I called up to ask why is there a different size, the man from Ozdesign told me that It’s my fault and I should’ve measured it (THEY ONLY COME IN ONE SIZE). He told me to email it so I did. He didn’t call me back I had to follow up their mistake, I had to do their job. I called up Monday and said what’s going on, he said send measurements of the wrong size frame I’m like no I sent a email with the clear wrong size frame, I’ll just bring in the wrong size frame and we’ll swap ( again doing their job). I’m just glad the supervisor fixed everything today, she was great. if I didn’t have to deal with that man then I would’ve given 4stars. I may not even shop their again because of him.I spoke to that rude man at 1:56 and again at 5:17pm Wednesday 31st aug.Order number 53425

Ordered a few chairs from this store. The ETA was supposed to be 2 weeks, after 4 weeks, they are telling me they have no clue when my order will be delivered. After asking for an update in week 4, they said if you are unhappy, we will cancel your order and refund you :|
