Great team , service is top class

Terrible customer service, they just don't care. This company will respond if they know they can make a few thousand dollars out of you. For example, they're happy to install a new CCTV and/or monitoring system at your place, but once it's installed, they don't want to know about you, especially if you're not a big money-making client. We had a CCTV system installed at our premises and spent a few thousand dollars. The techs were good guys. But after some time passed, we needed some help with our NVR, the software wasn't working. We called and called, over and over, asking for help. We were told that there was only one person in the company who could help us, that was the sales rep, there was only one sales rep, and he was away on holidays. We asked for the same techs who had installed our system, they had long since moved on to work somewhere else. That was a clue about the quality of the company. So we had to desperately search for another company to help fix the problem. Same happened another year or so later, we needed one of our cameras to be moved. Were told by the young person who answered the phone, that our request would be passed on to the relevant department, and that someone would call us back to arrange the job. No one ever called us back. In summary, this company only cares about money, doesn't care about servicing clients with smaller needs, and they will ignore you if you aren't going to fill up their bank account. Very very poor in my opinion. Would never recommend this company to anyone else.

Currently Having A Very Bad Experience With The Company..S1 Suppose To Do Work According To The Contract..I Have Been Chasing Them For Last Few Months And They Making Me Run Around..They Made An Appointment For Their Technicians To Come And Fix The Cameras Approx 3wks Ago But Neither The Tech Came Nor I Was Informed That They Not Coming..I Have Contact Them Again And Its Approx 2wks Now, They Still Due, To Get Back To Me..I Will Update The Review As Things Progress But Currently This Is Absolutely A Poor Customer Service By S1..
