I cannot recommend Mark Murnane highly enough! He recently helped me complete my Will and could not have been more approachable, friendly and helpful. Mark stepped me through the process, answering my questions using easy to understand language and he was very professional and respectful throughout. He was also very accessible, replying to my queries promptly. Mark did not make me feel rushed in any way, allowing me to feel relaxed with no pressure about the time it took for me to thoroughly understand the document he was preparing for me. I recently had Mark do my Will, my Enduring Power of attorney, My Medical power of attorney my Advance care directive and my Letter of Wishes. Mark was extremely helpful and so easy to deal with.As I have very little computer skills he came to my home - explained everything to me - actually did it all the old fashioned way with making me feel like a luddite.
