Our cat recently arrived on a direct flight from NZ. She has a NZ microchip, the question I had to find out, would the NZ microchip need to be removed, and an Aussie one inserted?, or maybe they could use the Kiwi one?. I stopped at three vets on my way home from Brisbane airport, asking the same question each time, could the NZ microchip be used in Australia?". All three clinics were baffled

The vet did not advise or provide a cost of a procedure beforehand, nor of the medicine before using it, and then we were told of the extra charges afterwards at payment. This vet was also more expensive than others in the area.

We have been coming to Coorparoo vet since adding our dog to the family and everyone there is wonderful. Very caring and patient with our energetic (still learning!) pup, and we are always given enough time with the vet to chat and understand our options. We've seen both Dr Linda and Dr Kate, they are both lovely. Highly recommend.

Unethical and unprofessional. We would not recommend anybody going there. If you are going to charge your customers you have a duty of care to tell and inform your customers about any extra the charges and at least get their verbal consent before actually charging them. #dishonest #unethical #unprofessional
