Appy Movement

I started seeing Lauren at the start of my pregnancy to provide support to assist with the ever changing body. Lauren is expertly trained in pre and post natal care and has been an amazing support over the last few months at Appy Movement. Lauren provides a pregnancy pillow so you are able to lie on your stomach or alternatively on your side (whatever is most comfortable for you)! Lauren is very knowledgeable and has a great technique. Lauren is brilliant. I followed her from her old practice and I won't see anyone else now. Lauren is an extremely professional and thorough osteopath. She is incredibly intuitive and knowledgeable about the body and also very empathetic to guide you on a path to recovery.

Went to a Pilates class here - it's a great space (Allegro refromers) and Lauren's class was really well put together. It was safely run, well queued but pushed us the whole way through.
