Lighting Collective
I'm a Commercial Designer and go to the Lighting Collective first on every job I do. Their range is so perfectly curated and all the fittings I've installed for my clients have been of the highest quality. More than that the reason I always come back is the ease of quoting, purchasing and delivery. Any supplier with quality products that makes my life as a designer easier will always get my business. Love your team and everything you do. The photos are of my most recent project in Byron Bay, the feedback has been overwhelming.

Really nicely finished lighting housing, sadly misleading advertising of product (in particular its mounting kit), hardware issues and poor customer service response led to a poor overall experience.Positives:Lighting housing used quality hardwood and by itself looks good.Issues:Online photos were cropped and failed to show noticeable black asymmetric mounting plate required to connect driver on one side of linear pendant, whilst schematics incorrectly showed symmetric mounting boxes would be supplied (see screen captures from collective lighting site attached).In addition to this, the driver failed within hours of installation leaving us without light in a critical area of our kitchen, costing us over $280 in after hours electrician labour and replacement parts. Customer service was unsympathetic and provided no compensation (not even a replacement driver) , instead patronizingly referring to the asymmetric mounting plate as minimalist" and hiding behind their terms and conditions for driver replacement

The team at Lighting Collective are a wealth of knowledge. From the customer service I received, to the communications during the process and the end result were amazing. If you're looking for a beautiful collection to choose from, with great service (even with my super large demanding order) from start to finish then this is the business you're looking for. Highly recommend.

I contacted Lighting Collective for some advice on a renovation project and they were extremely helpful. I love the range of lights they have and the staff are very quick to reply and a pleasure to deal with. I liked that I had the option to express freight my lights as I was on a tight schedule. Will definitely be back for future projects and consultations.Keep up the great work guys!

We have sourced all our lighting from Sheridan and her team for multiple business and residential properties over the years. Apart from having an incredibly diverse range of stunning lighting options, we have found the dedication of staff to help with styling choices, the prompt communication regarding options and ideas and the effort to source items in a timely manner sets this business apart. I always recommend Lighting Collective to friends renovating and work colleagues and everyone has similarly been very impressed with the products and service.

The team at The Lighting Collective have been incredible, taking photos and offering friendly support whenever needed. We were interested in their Australian Porcelain lights in a green colour and were able to work closely with one person that enabled us to order without seeing the lights. The lights were excellent value and arrived well packed, they bring a soft warm light into the kitchen. The sage/pine colours are perfect and when they are on we know the day is over and a sense of calm arrives in our busy house.
