Clint and staff are very efficient. With the right advice you can save dollars. The service you get is outstanding I’m going to book the rav 4 for some TLC thanks to afterpay. Hopefully the wife approves the quote for the repairs.Redbank mycar Tyre & Auto are the best, book for a service today, I highly recommended them.

They did a great job with the puncture repair on my tyre, really great n helpful staff big thanks to Hayden, Jake, Mat and Zach.

Jacob was excellent in his customer service. He was very understanding and gave me time to explore my options. I never felt pressured to approve the repairs. I was very pleased with the price and workmanship.

WORST BUSINESS/MECHANICS EVER! BE AWARE! Booked my car in nearly 2 weeks in advance for service and 2x New brake rotors, left the car with them all day car was there before they even opened. Arrived at 5pm after was called and told would be finished. Waited nearly 1hr after 5pm then paid for the service and 2x brake rotors and the labour installing them. drove home to find I still had the same old faulty rotors on my car with rust etc they didn't even install them and charged me for them and the Labor to fit them! Waited a day they didn't call me! I then called them, the reception lady gave a busy sorry and spoke to the manager who would not even speak to me and offered come in fit them or have your money back! I went in the next day to get my money back as who would want to take their vehicle to these sorts of people/business. When I returned to get the refund both manager and reception there and no apology from them NO offer of any compensation or discount NO apology, pathetic attitudes and so rude and unprofessional! Not one word from him! NOTHING! Too bad if my brakes failed and my kids or family where killed etc I also question if they even changed the oil and did the service! Do yourself a favour GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Good mechanics, been helping me with my VE when I needed it, won’t fault them on that they do good work, but I came around a couple weeks ago asking them if they could take a look at my drivers side door as it was making a creaking sound when I opened it and if they could possibly fix it, old mate told me they wouldn’t be able to order the part in so if I was able to get the part they could quote me on a job for it and get it fitted. Today I got the new part, went straight from the wreckers to mycar, because I like my work being done by these blokes, and the manager has a different story to tell me to what the worker did. Reckons they can’t do the job and I’ll have to find somewhere else, but the whole reason I got this part in the first place is because I was told they would be able to fix me up, really disappointed that I was told the part would be able to be fitted and then told otherwise after getting the part and taking the time to travel to the shop. Might have to follow up.

The Manager Jacob, and his team were well mannered, courteous and absolutely totally professional and prompt with all the work performed on my vehicle. I've have already recommend 5 of my friends to take their cars to that workshop, for all of their repairs and vehicle needs.

Jacob and the team here were fantastic. I cannot rate them highly enough. They fitted me in for a quick check of a few things, worked through a good process of elimination and communicated everything so well. They're a testament to how service centres should be, not to mention how clean and organised the workshop was, despite how busy they were!

Our car battery died at redbank plaza, we went to the mycar to see if anybody could help us. The store manager Clint offered walk over to the other side of the plaza and charge our battery for free. Great customer service definitely would recommend.

Lovely blokes eager to help! Took my car in for some diagnostics and they didn’t charge me a cent. Looks like they have some good deals and warranties on the repairs they do. Great location too so you can potter around the shops while you wait.
