Happy with the service they gave me and our new puppy.

Very very sympathetic staff, unfortunately we had to put our dog to sleep, and the nurses and Vet were absolutely amazing during the whole heartbreaking visit. Highly highly recommend this practice.

Staff are all lovely and genuinely love animals. My big old dog pulls to go in there even on night walks. We've frequented there a lot due to our dogs chronic ear infections and the vet has always helped relieve and treat her quickly and stress free.

Very professional and helpful staff in a very clean environment. I think prices are excessive but the staff are 1st rate and very good with our American Bulldog.

Caring staff. Go above and beyond their duties.

Very friendly. Goes our of there way to accommodate a very nervous dog.

We recently had to take our Maltesse Shitzu (boo) here, sadly the outcome was not to be desired and we had to make the very difficult choice of euthanasia. in terms of the customer service experience (and being a customer service manager myself) I have to say this was the best customer experience I have ever had....period.From the moment we walked in the staff showed urgency and compassion, boo had been attended to immediately. The vets did everything they could to help and were extremely compassionate and understanding through a very tough time.Today 17/08/2016 my family received a handwritten letter from one of the vets expressing their further condolences, this is far beyond what I ever expected. Guys don't ever change what you do because you do a fantastic job, there's not enough stars to rate my recent experience.-The customer will forget what you said
