Highly talented , the photos came out beautifully, however, his lack of communication is concerning. I was very worried that at one point I got scammed. In addition to this, its been over 4 months now and I am still yet to receive my full wedding video and have had no communication about this despite myself and my husband constantly calling and texting with no response.... its quite disappointing given how talented and skilled Frank is
