Very disappointing. I purchased a two door hark smoker, came home and assembled it, I saw the thermometer was stuck on 100°, I took a photo of it ant phoned the store the next day they told me they don't have any replacement and they will get back to me, almost 2 weeks later I phoned them back and they say it's not there problem we must talk to hark an sort it out. Watch out people after sales service is no good
