Vba Baseball Ross Straw Field
Ross Straw Field is a great place for playing, exercising and kicking the footy. It is expansive, flat, always well grassed due to the underlying water tanks and adjacent to the peaceful wetlands that now are well established.It is a quiet part of Royal Park that is enjoyed by the residents of West Parkville and Parkville Gardens along with the various sporting organisations that call it home.Sadly, a large part of this parkland is proposed to be removed as it is in the pathway of the proposed East West tunnel that will connect the Eastern Freeway to the Tullamarine Freeway and CityLink.
