great service but sadly the salad was a bit too plain, no dressing, tomatoes seem off and grilled chicken was tasteless. thanks chips that save my life!

Friendly service. Accommodated us as a group of customers practising Auslan. Did not like the tomato relish/ sauce on burger. Tasted artificial/full of chemicals??? Avoid it. Ruins taste of burger.

Grill'd has a great selection of vegan burgers and gluten free buns which makes it a great option for families or groups of friends where there are people with varying dietary requirements. I have tried both the Veggie Vitality burger and the Hemp Therapea burger (added vegan cheese and mayo - see picture), and both of these taste fantastic. Please bring back Avocado Chips though haha!

Attended for my father in laws birthdayReceived very poor service from the young girl who served our meals. Ordered sliders and when they turned up they were served on hamburger buns cut in half. When my wife asked why they were served this way the girl explained they they had run out of slider buns. We were not asked if this was a suitable replacement they were just placed in front of us. The girl was very rude and didn’t want to be there by the look of it.Overpriced poor service = disappointed customers.

So close to a perfect night! It fell short right at the last moment as we were heading out though. I'm not sure what the issue was, but one of the service staff started acting quite unprofessionally, which completely changed the atmosphere when two other service staff indulged her in the behaviour.You know that outdated judgmental schoolgirl reaction where you cover your mouth, turn towards your friends, say OMG

First time to Grill'd, friendly service and heaps of healty choices but mainly meat related but they did have some vegetarian\vegan options and i did try the mushroom parma which was absolutely bursting with taste and the burger was well balanced with feta cheese. Definitely worth trying this place out.

Created my own vegan burger off of the app and tried the new onion rings. Food was on the table within 15min. It was quite busy but still able to get a seat. No issues here
