Customer service at this place is very poor. It's as if they're the only bike place within 200kms. It smells of arrogance to a certain degree. Show a lot more compassion and understanding towards your customers. As one who has been in the industry for 25 years, I know how customers SHOULD be treated: with respect and empathy.

Couldn’t fault these guys today. We rolled in at about 5 mins before they closed, they didn’t rush us at all. Picked a bike, purchased it and he still took the time to do a full check on the bike before we left even though it was well after closing time on a Sunday arvo. Thanks for your time, left one very happy kid with a brand new bike.

WORST BIKE SHOP IN THE ILLAWARRA DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Bike was taken there for the same issue 4 times and still kept failing. Customer service is terrible they are rude and arrogant and untrustworthy will never stepped foot in that shop again. The owner Issac Wilson couldn’t care less that his incompetence injured my son

Couldn’t agree more with the negative reviews, I was loyal to this business for years , bought MANY a bike from here !!!! Means NOTHING to this business, you can spend over $5,000 in this place in one year alone , as I did , and they can’t discount a single $ off yet another bike purchase!!!!! I stopped giving this business MY business and started going to bike hub Wollongong , MUCH better place re bikes and prices and they make you actually feel welcome. Wilson’s bikes I will NEVER walk into this business ever again or purchase ANYTHING from them, arrogance I read re one review ???? Yeah , can’t say I disagree.

It was the worst experience with the Bike Hub. I would not recommended at all. The service was terrible, nothing was delivered and had to re-done by another bike shop instead. I made the biggest mistake even buying the bike from them to begin with.
