Dr. Nina Ong and the rest of the staff were really friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Nina was very thorough, and took the time to give me some great information on dental care. I highly recommend Gateway Dental and I’m making them my new regular dental clinic!

Gateway dental is by far the best dental practice I have ever been too! We have had the best experience with Dr Nina Ong! In the past both my little ones dreaded going to the dentist, until we met Dr Nina!!! Dr Nina is incredibly professional, empathetic and goes above and beyond in explaining treatment options and plans. Most importantly, she knows how to help my kids relax and have a good time!! Dr Richard is such a good dentist , professional patient and friendly! Always willing to help and give myself and my parents good advice. The admin lady is also nice ! Such a good experience and lucky find a good local dentist near me. Highly recommend !!!

I was searching for a dentist with good reviews on google, and came across Gateway Dental Health and Dr Nina with a solid 5.0 score so I thought let's give it a go. I never regretted my decision.Entering the clinic, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly welcome from the lady receptionist, and immediately knew it would be a good experience. The equipment was state-of-the-art, and Dr Nina was very patient in explaining the my dental health condition. She also presented multiple treatment options for me to choose from, with detailed pros and cons for each.Overall, a 100% positive experience, and I'd recommend Dr Nina and the Gateway Dental Health team for anyone, because I know they will be well-taken care of.

Great service and care from the receptionists and dentists here, special shout out to Richard! My whole family comes to this clinic because we appreciate the extra care taken in all things from general cleaning to implants. What I especially like is the open communication, alternatives provided with thorough explanation and constant reassurance everything will be okay. No hidden costs or information missed. I wish them nothing but the best and my family's continued support. I recommend all my friends and extended family to switch to this clinic.

I’ve never been great with dental visits. I’m Always extremely anxious and afraid to speak up. Richard Chee and the team at gateway dental are the most incredible, caring, kind and thorough people. You won’t find anyone like them around. Never have I had such a smooth and pleasant dental experience! They have completely changed my attitude and willingness to go. Dr Nina helped me taken out an infected tooth. She was very calm and gentle guiding me every step during the procedure.Amazingly I didn’t have much pain after the tooth extraction and No swelling face.

I recently took my 9 year old son to see Richard for a filing. He was so nervous going in, but the staff were all very sweet and calming. Richard has such a friendly, calm, patient and respectful personality, that my son quickly relaxed. He got was so caught up watching Minions that the filling was over and done with and he was still just laying back in the chair without a care in the world. It was such a positive experience for him, I could not have asked for more. I am so grateful to Richard and his staff for being so caring. They didn't push or rush my son and made sure he felt safe and comfortable. I will be moving my whole family over to Gateway Dental. I would feel completely comfortable recommending this practice to anyone looking for genuine and exceptional care.
