Awesome work from the young man Albert Du, few days ago kmart was on fire but he risked his life to run into the store to SAVE my life. A great example of altruistic young man, who puts others infront of him. This young man truly deserves a raise.

Standing at service with an empty trolley waiting for 10 mins whilst TWO staff member walked past me SAW me and proceeded to go out the back and not return. Until another customer came and advised to push the button. A button that is HARDLY visible to paying customers and when I expressed this to BROOKLYN. I didn't even get a word in return from her more annoyance that I was there bringing up a issue within the store. Worked in retail for 15 years. Treat your paying customers better. They pay your wages remember that!

As good a Kmart experience you'll get in Brisbane; the store is usually well stocked, the layout will be familiar if you've been to almost any other Kmart, and it's usually kept fairly clear and tidy. They didn't have stock of a handful of items I was chasing, but they did have everything else I wanted.

Poor customer services. No trolley available and no effort to provide one. Asked customer to go and get the trolley from outside of shopping centre while paid items are left unattended on the floor.

Helpful front entry staff. Had half of items showing in-stock on the shelf. Aisles are quite tight to navigate in certain areas - i.e. well-stocked(?). Seriously helpful staff.

As in most K Marts, this store has something for everyone and a huge range of products. It has a the best in children toys! Lots of items !Sadly, the stock isn't always available: With missing sizes, wrong items on shelves and missing price labels. Some shelves are awful and messy. I found buying shoes very difficult and almost impossible. The shoes I was seeking, had only 3 sizes available and the item was in several places.The registers are self serve. I'm an older person, so I'm not used to juggling the scanner with hangers, bags, clothes, boxes, etc. I always muck it up and need assistance. There's not always a person on the registers, so you can't always get the help. I've dumped my items there and walked out...at least twice. I think the problem is, not enough staff and not keeping common sizes in stock. It's always like this, every time I visit. It's a surprise when I can actually get something in my size (12-14).

I've always loved shopping at Kmart. There's such a variety to choose from AND so reasonably priced. They cater for all sizes in the clothing sections and staff are so cool. If you're looking for something in particular, I reckon 99% of the time, Kmart will have it. If they don't, it's most likely sold out, in which case one needs to wait for next shipment to arrive or staff will look up on their phone to track down one of their stores to enquire if your item is available. Happened to me yesterday and sure enough, the Kmart in Sunnybank had what I needed. Choice!!:)
