I don’t usually write reviews for businesses, but I thought this one was necessary to leave. The quality of the wine produced from this vineyard, in particular the 2012 Betelgeuse Shiraz, is certainly subpar, and I find it difficult to understand how it has won any awards at all.Beyond the quality of the wine, the staff are certainly not of a high standard either. I encountered someone, who I believe is the owner, at the Heathcote Food and Wine Festival one year and they were extremely unpleasant – not the kind of person that you would want to do business with.Very disappointed and definitely worth avoiding.
