Such poor customer service. Not sure what the employees think they're being paid for. Each time I have entered, there has been no acknowledgement (which is a little awkward being such a small store). They will see you looking at jewellery for ages but will still continue to converse with coworkers loudly (and inappropriately) or just avoid you altogether. The other day, 2 employees were talking and then one loudly announces that she was going to the toilet and wandered out. Still I stood there being ignored so I just left. That's the last time I'll bother with Prouds.

First time I went here about 3 years ago it was great, a guy who worked there greeted me as I walked in and and after browsing offered me assistance to find exactly what I wanted, I walked away with a great gold necklace.Been back a few times and was put off by the staff there. Even if you walk in and you’re the only customer inside and there are two staff members you wouldn’t even be acknowledged and you will have to put in a lot of effort to get their attention and get served because they’re too busy chatting to each other, this has happened at every recent visit. You’re better off going to Michael Hill a few floors up to spend your money. Even Lovisa, as you’ll have a chance at getting served.

Out of the 20 years of coming to Broadway i can proudly say i have never ever been served in this store before.. absolutely useless staff, never fail to disappoint on any day of the week

Love this store, staff are really efficient and friendly, with no judgement if you're not able to spend big and still put it in pretty packaging. They cater for all incomes and tastes, and when they have a sale, Boy! do they have a sale! I've brought a few pairs of earrings from here now, and none of them broke me or the bank.
