As others have mentioned here, the customer service & quality of clothing sold here is appalling. And despite management stating they adhere to Fair Try guidelines in one of the comments below, this is absolutely untrue. I bought a faulty item and returned to the store with proof of purchase within 7 days and they refused to issue a return. The front desk girl admitted that all the dresses in that style were faulty, in her own words They're all like that babe". I contacted the owner and she refused to issue a return. What makes it even more disappointing is the owner teaches at a well known Islamic School yet is brazen in ripping off people in her own community

I bought four dresses off their online store, two of the dresses were described as maxi dresses but were really a midi style and the other two were alot bigger as the website doesn’t tell you to size down with them. I called the store the same day I received the delivery to notify them that I’ll be coming in for a refund and the girl said it’s all good. I went in today and the young girl who served me tells me they do not offer refunds for change of mind, and they can only give me an exchange. I had to explain to the poor worker that it isn’t a change of mind purchase it’s a false advertising issue on behalf of phyrewear. She starts messaging her boss on the phone and offers me a credit note which I initially refused as I knew that I would not be a returning customer. Anyway as the only two options available to me where to either exchange the items or receive a credit note, I was forced to accept the credit note and was told as I was receiving the credit note that I have only four weeks to spend it in store, like what a joke that is. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this store.

If I can select a negative star I would have. I purchased a dress for my wife and asked if the size is wrong can it be exchanged. I was told as it could as long as it's within 7 days.My wife goes in 5 days later because the size was wrong and is told sorry we don't exchange sale items. My wife was actually prepared to spend more in the store.The management of the store doesn't have any idea when it comes to customer service.Save yourself the hassle do not shop here and just read other reviews.

I ordered express shipping from here for 1 dress, they told me through Instagram that their dispatch hours are 48-72 (after me saying I’d like a refund on the express shipping cause it genuinely didn’t meet the standards of express shipping). This is not mentioned anywhere on the website while purchasing and that 2-3 days should be when the product arrives at my doorstep, as expected whenever u buy something on express shipping anyway it came literally a week later, 7 days. So don’t purchase express shipping from here, just save that extra 7 bucks.I then went in store to exchange the item to a different size literally a different size, but because it was on sale I couldn’t change it to a 12 instead. Literally ridiculous because every other clothing store has the “oh yep, no damage, tag still on, alright you can change it” mindset. I understand refund is not allowed, that’s fine cause it’s my fault I didn’t go size down. But exchange, cmon what’s the harm in that, it’s literally right there.Also seen a lot of store credit comments here, and they didn’t offer me that. Won’t be buying online from here, however in store I will be as they do offer a nice range of clothing. Online never againLastly, these reviews and their service clearly shows us their lack of focus towards customer satisfaction.

I have bought from Phyre wear multiple time. I love their clothing and the quality. However, their customer services is lacking a lot. I tried to contact them for my order that was missing a belt. It’s been more then 2 weeks, I’m trying to contact them and they do not respond, I have only got 1 responds during that time. I have to always need to send follow up email and only to get a responds every 4-8 days. Not happy with their customer service on email or instagram dms.

The WORST experience I have ever had buying online!First of all their exchange page does not work, it states on there to call into the store for an exchange, did that spoke to more than a couple of people for a simple exchange, sent my parcel within 3 days so I am able to receive an exchange. Call the store back to organise my exchange once they had received it, I get asked to prove if I had returned the items within 7 days even though I had sent the store an email and a instagram message as requested! I had the items I wanted to exchange for ready as the staff are very inpatient over the phone. I get told that the manager needs to approve the items and the items may be sent back with shipping charges on me. I asked the staff to ensure I get a call back and had expressed my frustrations in regards to the communication and lack of service regarding a simple refund. The staff member just said oh well it's hard when it's an online order" I'm not sure what the hiring process is but it definitely needs to be changed or dealt with! In the end I never got a call back from anybody

Minus 100 if I can, went in to exchange as the lady told me to come next week if I wanted to exchange. Yet they refused to exchange “according to the policy”. This is absolutely ridiculous, you’re not losing any money all I’m asking for was an exchange of an item. Considering I had bought a lot of items, they were not understanding , didn’t offer to help or take time to be understanding of the situation all I received was “this is the policy”. This was the worst customer service I have experienced, not sure how you aim to build client relationship but this was not it. The manager of the store was there also yet walked past as though nothing was happening. I can assure you this will be the last time my family or I enter this store. You need to remember where you are located if high end stores can have a 30 day return policy so can you. So maybe you can get off your high horse and start making more of an effort towards your customer service training which clearly you haven’t received.

Items I got are full price for a day or so they had a 20 percent sale on but those items and now full price again because I got them on the Eid promotion they won’t even exchange Them for a smaller size tried to call them the girl was abrupt and I was told nothing they can do now stuck with five items for nothing is that fair when the items are still at full price told them I don’t want to return atLeast get somthing instead of throwing themAway now will never order from themAgain
