Bruno is a fantastic shoe repairer and I drive from 30 minutes just bring my repairs to him. He knows what works on different types of shows and will advise you if the cost of repair may exceed the value of the shoe. Highly recommend Bruno and his daughter.

My family and I have been taking our shoes to Glenferrie Shoe Repairs for about 20 years and Bruno is a real craftsman.He literally knows everything about every shoe on the market and will tell you honestly whether a shoe is worth repairing or not.I have had many women's high heels repaired/re-glued, women's boots re-soled, men's dress shoes re-soled, ugg boots re-stitched and re-soled, Birkenstock's re-soled/partially re-soled + corking repaired and more. This place does an amazing job every time for a fair price.I have moved out of the neighbourhood, but still make the trip back there to get all my shoes repaired because they are the best!I highly recommend.

Incredible craftsmanship! They beautifully colour matched my leather shoes and died my leather hand bag with amazing care. Generous and warm service - it is lovely to have a excellent local business!

Bruno did boot repairs on two pairs of my old favourites and I couldn't be happier. My 25 year old Colorado walking boots needed a heel job - quick and fairly priced and now I'm walking straight again. A few weeks later my old pull-on Dewalts were glued, clamped and resuscitated - literally brought back from the dead. A master craftsman and a good guy. Regards, Leon

A few weeks ago, the night before a wedding I destroyed the shoes I had to wear by spilling water on them which made large visible water staining. I rushed into glenferrie shoe repairs in a flustered state hoping for a miracle with a quick turnaround and the guys delivered!! They looked good as new and for such a reasonable price/ very quick!!! Highly highly highly recommend

My family have been customers of Glenn Shoe repairs since 1994.Bruno and Angela are fantastic. Friendly, Honest and knowledgeable. They always give you a price before starting repairs and if they can't fix something, they know where to send. Time permitting, they love to chat. You are treated like a friend.

What can I say. Absolutely disgusting.It's a shame I have to give these guy's one star just to write a review.After taking my expensive watch to them for a simple battery change they damaged my watch while the man was using a screw driver and hammer to take the back cover off.The watch now is not working and will be a very expensive repair job at a watch maker as he refuses to repair it.After mentioning it to some local friends in the area they also have had problems with this business.While in the shop a lady was returning some boots that he also screwed up.Do yourself a big favour and go elsewhere.

Very dissatisfied with shoe repair.Took in a pair of timberland boots to be re heeled and they have been scuffed around the edges where the new one was placed and they are also a completely different colour. Very unhappy would not go here again.

great service and was able to discuss what options were available for the repair and the outcomes that could be achieved. pricing was slightly better than expected and the overall finish has been a great restoration of my shoes. recommend your repairs here, will shop again

Bruno and his team know their stuff. I appreciate their honesty when something is 'beyond fixing', but their skills have fixed many a boot, shoe and bag for me over the years. Their skills in repairing and renewing are much appreciated in this 'disposable age'. Quick, accurate key-cutting is also a bonus!
