Is anyone working there? They've been sitting on a shipment (2m long so don't tell me it's hard to find) for the last 4 days and have given zero updates as to when it would be delivered. Delivery was planned on Monday, now it's Thursday and I'm still waiting for an update. My client needed this for an event to pay tribute to miners who lost their lives, and now they cant have it. The lack of care is appalling."

Baffling that a logistics company in a mining town is only open Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. Apparently noone has ever needed to pick up or dispatch goods on a weekend, or early in the morning
