Estate End of Lease Cleaning Sydney

Please if you want to avoid headache and a painful experience do not hire this company like I did. They overcharged me, then promised to refund and they never did. Did not complete the job and have been giving me a run around since then. I had to pay another cleaner as property manager recommended. Problem is they accepted the mistake and promised to do the decent thing and refund, then did not do it. I spent a week messaging and calling them and still no solution. Be aware and just avoid the headache

Stood me up and full on ghosted me. (Sounds like a bad date haha)I’ll start off by saying that I have had a really good experience with these cleaners in the past when I needed an end of lease clean. Very affordable and good job.But recently I needed my carpets cleaned and submitted a form through their website multiple times and heard nothing back. I then called and left messages on WhatsApp and eventually did hear back. We organised and date and they said they’d call the day before to confirm.But they didn’t.So on the day we’d arranged for the cleaning I had take the day off and removed all the furniture from the room and called them to see what time they’d arrive. It took several tries to eventually get through. The person who answered sounded like they were half asleep but they said they’d call me back “in a minute”. An hour later I hadn’t heard back so called them twice but never got through. Never heard back.Guess I should have taken the hint when they didn’t return my emails and calls the first time, but I’d had such a good experience the first time so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Carpets still need cleaning. Really disappointed.

Terrible service from the beginning to the end. After researching several cleaning companies, I decided to book their service for end of lease cleaning on Sunday simply because of the good price they offered and they also had pretty good reviews. I made a phone call to the company a week before the cleaning date and the guy confirmed with me that he could work on Sunday. A day before the cleaning date, I also called the guy again to ensure that he would come on Sunday in the agreed time frame. The guy promised me that he would come and clean the property by that time.On Sunday, we came to the property early and waited for the cleaner to come but they didn't show up within the time frame. Then I made a phone call to them and checked if they were on the way and the guy said to me that he had some personal things to do and asked me if he could do the job on Monday instead. I was pretty upset because he informed me too late and requested him to come on Sunday instead. The guy said he would try to send someone to come as soon as possible and asked me to be patient. Two hours later, I received a phone call from another mobile number claiming that they are cleaners working for the estate cleaners and would arrive in my place in 20 minutes to do the cleaning. I let them clean the property anyway but the result was not good, the apartment was still dirty, especially in the bathroom corners and the kitchen floor. When I asked the cleaner to clean those areas, he showed unhappy face and did only a bit more and said to me that he was unable to clean the rest. As a consequence, my agent was unhappy and asked us to bring the cleaners back to rectify the issue. Once again, I called them back because they claimed that they provided bond back guaranteebut it turned out that it was a joke. They ignored my phone calls and emails and I had to find another cleaner to do that. Also, estate cleaner don't show address in their website so I am wondering if they are a real cleaning company. In summary, I give them one star in my review because of their unreliability, unpunctuality and inefficiency.

If I could evaluate them zero I will. I hire them for end of lease cleaning. Mike called me a day before to come at 11 AM instead of 2 PM. We agreed on that and then on the same day suddenly he told me the staff will come tomorrow and there is no one available to work today. I felt horrible and under pressure because I have to give the keys back to the agency due to the end of lease.Then Mike told me OK I will send some staff today and I keep waiting for them no one showed up so I keep calling Mike then he said they are 20 minutes away. They finally showed up around 3:15 pm. The 2 guys were doing their job with an unhappy face. Once they finished their job they ask me for more money which differs than we agreed in the beginning. I send them a list of things which must be done but they did not do all of them they keep saying we don't do that. They are not professional at all as I send them an email and I also call them many times for coming back to the apartment but Mike did not respond and I think it's rude and disrespectful to the customers.The Agency keeps contacting me for them to come back but unfortunately, Mike didn't respond. I believe what they wrote on their website is totally fraud and scam regarding coming back to the customers when the agency is not satisfied with their work and the bond back guarantee is totally a big joke and lie. I am certain these statements as an ad for the customers without applying them in real.I don't recommend anyone to hire them because the way they treat their customers is really bad. Also, I am certain that their aim is only money and not satisfying their customers.Overall, do not be deceived by them, and do not get caught up in their price, they are just a big lie and joke as I mentioned their purpose is only money, not satisfying their customers so please stay away from them.

END OF LEASE CLEAN RIP-OFF - See photos! A poor job done the first time, missing multiple obvious areas despite being clearly shown what needed to be done.Upon revisit the team was shown dusty kitchen draws, dirty dishwasher and benchtop and soap scum on bathroom shower screen. Pretty obvious stuff for an end of lease clean, where they say they provide a Bond Back Guarantee."I expect professionals to be able to work unsupervised

Very bad experience with these cleaners. We used their service last month when we moved out of a rented property in Waitara. They charged $350 for a 2 bedder unit and didn't do a great job with cleaning and there were many marks, stains and mould left around the kitchen, living room and balcony. However, that didn't annoy me as much as it did when the guy didn't answer our calls and didn't respond to our messages. We then called him from a different number and he apologised for the bad work and inconvenience. He then said he will send his staff same day to fix all the cleaning and again disappeared. No one came or called and again stopped answering calls or messages from that different number too. My HARD EARNED MONEY WASTED & I FEEL BETRAYED.SUCH A CHEAT! DON'T EVER USE THEIR SERVICE

I was happy with boys, they offered discount and I recommend them to all.
