Rang for a quote one month ago and was told they only give initial email quotes. Still waiting for the quote one month later. Receptionist was extremely rude on the phone and did not want to offer assistance at all. Very poor service!

Fantastic result!From the initial phone conversation which was incredibly insightful with regards to what to do, how to do it, and what was involved to the finished product.YCF was prompt, professional, and well priced. The job was done efficiently and I highly recommend them.In comparison to other companies who quoted us, YCF was miles in front on every level.10/10.

Used this business to build a number of fences at an apartment complex. They broke through a pipe situated under a toilet window and and placed the post inside it. Cost me more to repair the blocked sewer than get the fence built. Their 'customer service' person Wendy was not interested in helping. Unprofessional.

No fuss, no mess and a job delivered on time. I am very pleased with the fence and retaining wall. Highly recommended.

ITS A SHAME I HAD TO GIVE EVEN 1 STAR !THEY BUILT MY NEW FENCE AND WAS NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS QUOTED !EXPOSED FENCE WAS NOT EXPOSED !HEIGHTS AND SETBACKS WERE ALL WRONG !TOP OF POSTS NOT FINISHED !RAILS NOT CHECKED IN TO POSTS !DID NOT ALIGN WITH OTHER FENCE !POSTS NOT PLUM !AND ALL THE STEPPING WAS INCORRECT !AND THEIR MAIN SELLING POINT WAS THAT THE PALING GAPS WOULD BE NO WIDER THAN 30MM ....... THEY RANGE FROM 40MM-60MMAND LIST LIST KEEPS GOING....I HAVE REFUSED TO PAY THEM AND TOLD THEM TO COME COLLECT THEIR FENCE.... THEY HAVE NOW TOLD ME THAT THEY WONT REMOVE IT AND IT REMAINS THEIR PROPERTY AND IF I TOUCH IT THEY WILL SUE ME !I HAVE TRIED TO REASON WITH THEM AND AND THEY HAVE JUST BEEN PLAIN RUDE.PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THAT PROMISES THE WORLD AND WILL BE SURE TO CAUSE YOU MORE GRIEF THAN ITS WORTH FOR A SIMPLE PALING FENCE.

Gee must say how surprised i am to see so many bad reviews my experience was excellent. Also i have recommended them to friends and neighbours that used their services also and all are very happy.

Recently on the phone with their receptionist whose name is Wendy as I was trying to get a quote for replacing my fence on the left side of my house. To my astonishment, she became very rude with growing impatience after a few questions asked I couldn't answer straight-a-way. Seriously, this is not an freak'n job interview, why the hell should I have all the answers for you upfront. Then she made a comment somewhere along the lines of I do not wish to work with you as it's waste of my time etc. etc." when I was about to check the height of the front fence we suppose to replace from a another quote.
