Star Phones

I used there service about last year. Since then I have traveled to them to get any thing done regarding my phones or tablets. The service and to top the customer service is beyond expectations. Keep it up.

We were served by a charming young Lady Lavisha. Been over a year when ever we need any repairs its her. Even if she is not there she remotely and the other staff makes sure that we are served with 100% customer service. Awesome

BE AWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE DODGGE they ask 1st give us cash who has cash these days why cash they need to be taken to consumer affairs. They do not tell the truth after you buy it and you leave they will never give you your money back That’s how bad they are. I would give them mins stars if I could People stay away from this phone store and one other thing I WOULD CALL THEM NO STAR PHONE

Got my phone repaired from here and it's as good as new now.. moreover, the staff was really kind and they only took 20 mins to repair the phone. Overall experience was great !

When Lavisha was hard selling a phone case, she never mentioned that there is no refund policy for a faulty product or change of mind. Regardless of what you have to say, 'there is nothing wrong with their products'.Beware - these dodgy people do not have any pricing on anything either. They will offer you a discount, but the products are already overpriced so you are none the wiser. These guys need to be reported to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission

Wowowow!! I went there earlier today and I’m absolutely blown away. The staff is so so so friendly and helpful! The prices are unbeatable and the quality of the products is amazing. If you need a new phone case, screen protecter or ANYTHING I 100% recommend star phones. Love love love!

Initially would have rated a 3. I came here after purchasing a new Apple iPhone. I needed a new case and a screen protector. I felt under pressure by the staff member to make a decision quickly as he just wanted the sale. Once I left I noticed some spots under the screen protector, which would be permanent (dust etc). Plus after a few days with the case, it wasn't practical. I returned today and met a different staff member (Leveesha?? Spelling?). She was very helpful, removed old protector and put a new one on. Perfectly done and now a clear screen. Also she allowed me to choose a new cover and didn't push me into anything. I found the case that suited me best. Her service took me from a 3 to 5 star rating. Thank you

I had a very similar experience to the other 1 star reviews. Bought a supposedly authentic $90 Otterbox iPhone case only for it to last less than 9 months (manufacturer warranty is 7 years). Have visited the store numerous times to show them the issue only to be told to email admin. Did that, then got a generic “you’re outside our 3 month warranty period” rubbish and they claimed the cover was damaged and misused (funny as my previous phone and cover lasted 5 years!). The case is damaged because you sold a substandard product!Now refusing refund or any kind of assistance even though Otterbox confirmed the retailer should deal with this matter.Dodgy operators that don’t honour manufacturer warranty and refuse to help when things go wrong! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I got my iPhone 13 screen fixed here, they fixed it in 15 minutes and it looks like new now. Highly recommend them!
