Great doctors and caring staff

I have been a UFS MEMBER for a couple years. Staff always are so friendly, helpful and do their best to help me.

I awoke with severe back pain at 3am and looked up this website to see what time this UFS opened and it says 8.30 but when I got there it wasn't opened until 9am. I felt upset because when you are in this much pain you don't want to have to drive around and have to get in and out of car more than necessary.

The ladies at the reception are curt. The doctor I got was very rude. Never ever met such an insensitive and downright rude woman. Can't believe she is a doctor. Would urge people to go to any other facility instead. Appalled.

Excellent staff and wonderful care.

I have complete trust in my doctor from this clinic. She actually listens and explains what my medications can do to help me - just as she explains why side effects from them. If I need to change medications we sit and discuss the pros and consI never feel as though I am wasting her time. I understand how precious time can be yet my queries are always answered, and if we run over my allotted time, so be it.I really feel that I am a partner in the maintenance of my health.

New patient of Dr Michael Mikhail. What a down to earth no nonsense bloke. Very happy with his medical services to me and displays high ethics in the tradition of doctors past. Recommended by me. I'm 59 and fussy with my doctors. Sticking with him.
