Bianca is amazing. We engaged Bianca to assist us with purchasing in the Sunshine Coast whilst we were in lockdown in Melbourne. I never thought I would buy a property via a video call but with Bianca in our side it was possible. Seeing the property for the first time in person was when we were moving into it after driving up from Melbourne in Feb 2021. It was better than the photos or the video. We now have our dream home and I'm sure this would not have happened without having Bianca on the ground for us and dealing with the agents. Bianca (Iconic Realty) is a dedicated real estate professional who is always going above and beyond to make sure the tenants and landlords are met with the best service. She has worked tirelessly in the last years through covid and after, making sure all landlords are kept up-to-date with the State Tenancy regulatory changes.
