Just wanted to say Amanda is excellent to deal with. She answered all my questions & provided detailed information. I wasn’t able to purchase a car through Amanda as the spec I was after wasn’t available & I couldn’t wait to order one in. The service I did receive was stand out above that in the City! Everyone was very professional, friendly and patient. I looked at 4 pre-owned vehicles. Not only was I able to test drive all 4 on a Saturday morning but I was also able to talk to them about extended warranty options. I bought 1 of the 4. Matt my salesman was absolutely awesome, he was there for the entire process and all questions were answered. While I waited for everything, they served me an awesome coffee! I picked up the car a couple of days later and it was spotless.

I choseTony Leahey to carry out work on my older LR Discovery Series 3. I have to travel ( like many do for a specialist) some 3.5 hours. My very first experience with this group was around 12 months ago and it was perfect. I was having major work done at the time. I was having the LR serviced at another closer LR dealership, and decided to return to Tony Leahey in 2022 for servicing and minor work and came home disillusioned. , I contacted Tony Leahey regarding the dissatisfaction, there Service Manager John called me straight away and assured me he would manage the repairs and organised a loan vehicle. Due to the never ending covid / transport delays the car was there for some time ( not anyone’s fault) and having the loan car made things a lot easier when you live a long way from the dealership. I thank JOhn very much for this.. John took care of us, the car and everything and I appreciate the integrity of John and the team for taking care of me, and the D3, which I might add, Newcastle LR didn’t want to touch, sighting klms travelled to date meant they wouldnt be interested in servicing the D3. All in all They totally looked after us, the car is serviced, repaired and we will be going back for more major work later this year 2022. Thoroughly recommend. Their new staff members are also very good.
