The pies were undercook, not sure whether the woman that served us was suffering from 3 o'clock-itus or just having a bad day or just maybe racist but unfriendly and abrupt

Awesome bakery for egg and bacon roll coffee and some cream cake！

The food was extremely good quality, and the interior is beautiful. Amazing staff and the food comes out/gets made quickly. 10/10, would come back anytime. Loved my meal too! Would also recommend to anyone I know who is in Bairnsdale. (I had the Toasted Raisin Bread, which the person who served us put through for me even though it was after 10:30am which is when it ‘stops’ being served for the day)

Up ship creek without a spoon.Well that was a disappointment, firstly I ordered their famous Scollop and curry pie advertised in the front window as winners 1st Australian Seafood Pie and was told they don’t make them at the moment, and then the next two items I ordered from the menu out of stock 12:15 pm on a Tuesday. Now for the most discussing part of my experience I ordered an old faithful steak and onion pie, that’s hard to stuff up right? Guess again the thing and I call it a thing because after the first bite it was unrecognizable as a pie it fell apart completely as the base was raw. I could say what it looks like but you can work that out.

Jarrods Bakery is a customers delight, you are greeted by smiles from all the cheerful and friendly ladies, who are more than happy to guide you through the varity of pies and delicious looking and tasting treats. The flavour choices available in the pies section doesn't make choosing easy, so I will have to return to Bairnsdale numerous times to get through the menu, and rate them all! I had a satay chicken pie today, it had a great flavour which did not disappointment my taste buds, I thoroughly enjoyed a true bakery style pie and my partner enjoyed a meat pastie. I treated myself to a french vanilla slice and my partner gobbled down a classic vanilla slice...which we both agreed were worth every calorie!Again I must mention the ladies who served us the last 2 days... honestly such a pleasure to leave a venue having been served by people who are 100% about customer service... the manager should be giving you all a bonus :)

Staff here were polite and friendly, quick service even though bakery was flat out. The variety of pies and cake products were vast, personally we had meat pie yum and sausage roll very tasty. The price of items was very competitive to other bakerys. Very happy we stopped here.

It's a must visit if you like bakeries.Excellent range.Beautiful food.Great staff.Do yourself be a favour and don't miss out.

Good selection of old-school style pies. The beef, bacon and cheese pie was satisfying. I wasn't too fussed about the pastry but the filling ticked all the boxes.

Busy little bakery. Had some interesting flavoured pies on offer. We had the pizza and satay chicken favoured pies which were nice, nothing special though. The base was like a soft four'n'twenty pie and the filling was basic. The salad sandwiches were decent and filling. Hands down, the caramel slice was AMAZING! Customer service was exceptional considering they were under the pump serving customers on a public holiday.
