Having read the reviews, it seems to me the business is let down by the initial customer contact phase. Whoever is responsible for that seriously needs to be put on a performance review plan and get reassigned. It's affecting customer relations big-time!I have a feeling who the particular individual is too.

Called up regarding CV shafts for my modified Triton 4x4, got told that they do nothing for Tritons, can’t supply them and can’t make them. How can this be possible when your website specifically mentions not only that you specialise in Mitsubishi driveline parts among other brands, but also are able to custom build shafts and other parts to suit the application? Your site touts that there basically isn’t anything you can’t do, yet you can’t supply a basic driveshaft for a 4x4? I don’t get it. To be honest it sounded a lot like the guy I spoke to on the phone had just pulled his third cone for the afternoon and couldn’t be arsed to leave the lunchroom and look them up for me. What a way to do business.

If you can, avoid dealing with Shane as he is bloody hopeless. Kept forgetting key information passed on through an external mechanic when I needed a quote, didn't call me back as arranged and said the job would take 'all day' when it only took 2.5hrs!Otherwise job well done

Called up to get something replaced and the guy on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable of what my issue was. Definitely would recommend these guys for your mechanical needs.

Had to get my tailshaft checked. But I needed a new one the old one was to short. Allan was great to deal. And this was over the Christmas break. Great service.

Dropped my 68 Mustang tailshaft in for new UJ's and balance only to discover that rear UJ fitted by another 'specialist' 20 years ago was the incorrect size (too small) and the most likely cause of a vibration I was feeling at speed! After a couple of visits, Shane identified the issue, had the correct UJ fitted to the shaft and it ensured a neat fit into the differential yoke when I installed it.To his credit, Shane provided some of the best advice and customer service I have experienced in the Service Industry for a long time and I highly recommend Driveline Services Brendale as a supplier.

The guys were very patient, helpful and transparent about costs. Also offered the best quote and did a flawless job rebuilding my differential. Will definitely use again.

I booked in my Subarus tailshaft to replace three uni joints because of vibrations. After i reinstalled it, It was marginally worse. After unnecessarily spending ($650) on parts that didn't need replacing, I booked the Suby into a specialist that said it was the tailshaft again...So i gave it back to DriveLine services to restake a staked uni joint that had major end play because it wasn't installed correctly. All up it was a very costly repair ($1200) total, for a shaft that still vibrates. Sadly they don't want to know you after taking your hard earned money for a job NOT well done. I don't understand how they're still in business if they can't do simple jobs.. Shane was great to deal with but that was it. Very rude customer service, management too. Please save yourself grief an stay way! I would give zero stars if possible.

Initially failed to fully inspect the tailshaft, and only replaced centre bearings without contacting me as instructed.Sent it back in and was messed around for three weeks (despite numerous follow up calls from me) only for the quote to double based on lack of availability of components(not their fault).I Will not return nor would I refer others.
