Went into the branch today for the first time to set up accounts for 2 of my daughters Leo could not of been more helpful or polite he went above and beyond explained the app and helped them to get started with it all. It was the best experience I have had with a bank in a LONG time! Thanks again Leo for your help and patience with the whole process today! I highly recommend BOQ Geebung nothing was to much trouble for Leo!

Service is outstanding! Nothing is too much trouble, always willing and friendly. We switched from ANZ to BOQ and the process was seamless, they made it very easy for us. Helaine the new owner manager at BOQ Geebung has no manners and is so disrespectful to her customers. I hope that the staff do not learn from her. I am closing my BOQ account and going to another bank. Good on you Helaine, here is another customer that you have lost.

Friendly, helpful staff. Was a bit of a problem a little while ago where the ATM outside had a dodgey screen where you could barely see anything on it, but they seem to have had that fixed since. Would rate this the second best branch I've dealt with.

Excellent! Great little team who really look after me. It's great having real people in a branch who make the drudgery of banking with all the regulation almost a pleasure. Small Business feel with all the strength and support of a big bank. Great service, honest, and supportive. Just brilliant.

I had a great experience with BOQ Geebung! Matt was extremely professional and put me at ease throughout the whole process! He understood I was under a time crunch and did everything in his power to make sure I could receive my loan in time! Fantastic service!! Highly recommend for car loans!
