I purchase star every time I lose someone close to me, my girl was recently put to sleep and I got her a star but this greedy company charged my card twice and are unwilling to refund me the half they overcharged me. I sent an email out immediately and they still processed my order. Now this gesture is tainted and they’ve made a difficult time worse by dealing with their robot auto emails that get you nowhere, use any other company they’re also UK based NOT Australian
