Sally's nails

Do yourself a favour and don’t take your nails to this place. I went to have my Shellac removed and instead of soaking the Shellac off it was taken off with an electric drill! Having had Shellac for many years, this is the first time I’ve experienced this. I asked repeatedly if I could have it soaked off, but I was ignored and told to ‘wait’ until they were finished. Looking down at my nails, I could still bits of Shellac left on my nail, so I asked again if they could be soaked off and reluctantly they agreed. After two minutes of soaking, the foils were off and the drill was back out. My nails were left feeling like paper and bendy. This happened more three weeks and my nails still haven’t recovered and keep breaking. The worst nail service I’ve ever had.

very good price. super friendly and accomodating. Loved how my nails turned out and the staff took her time and made sure i was happy with the shape and colour before proceeding.

Service was ok basic but ok but I've never ever known a nail salon to charge $70!! For a refill no tips just basic aryilic refill with gel over top. I had a 50% voucher and it should of only been $25 everywhere else only charges $50 for a refill so why was it $70. Not happy! Won't return.

I went to this business on the 26/7/2022. I went and had a spa pedicure and a set of acrylics done, the whole time I had mentioned to the lady that my nails looked like they were lifting up off of my fingers due to the way she’d applied them.. she then proceeded to tell me she’d fix it to witch she’d never! I had just a simple nude design done with an almond shape and little diamonds at the top, the diamonds were not placed in the centre at all. By the time I left I was so embarrassed, I called them up and explained to them how unhappy I was and if I could have them fixed. They told me to come in the next morning to have them fixed. I got there for them to say I’m a regular custom and I constantly go and complain to witch I’m not I’ve only ever been a couple of time and have been beyond amazed by the nail lady I get!They never fixed my nails but got told to leave and go elsewhere. There are so unprofessional and they way they spoke is repulsive!!!

Not good at. prise was way to expensive they was rough and when i told them what i wanted they rolled there eyes it was my first time and they was rude. they didn’t do a good job on the design and didn’t take there time. they didn’t even do my whole nail they left a big cap

Another great appointment today at Sally’s Nails. Couldn’t be happier with my new French tips. As always, the staff were friendly & caring.

Terrible experience. Cut into my cuticle and made it bleed, toe is still hurting after appointment. Polish came off within 5 minutes of leaving but was told it was dry. Went back for refund but only received $5 because of ‘no refund policy’. Staff didn’t care about customer, very rough and painful experience. Will not be returning. Not even worth 1 star.

i had Diem treat me to my desired full set acrylics and a spa pedicure for the very low price of around $70 together as they are currently having a sale :) i sat in a massage chair which was crazy relaxing btw and had my feet taken care of after getting my beautiful new nails done which are the best ive had so far too. i once paid $70 for nails at a different salon and they weren't even close to this good, more than happy to say the least! highly recommended, i also have to say the customer service is very good as i was struggling to get my shoes off and i was helped. conversation was kept light and completely respectful in a formal yet casual in a way :)

Very disappointed with the service I received yesterday. Worst pedicure I have ever had. Literally just removed old polish and repainted. No scrub or moisturiser and nails are all trimmed to different lengths. Shellac polish on my nails is very poorly done and very lumpy. Will not be wasting $90 here again.
