I've used Arrow and their sister company A1 skips during renovations over the years and have found their service and workmanship (apologies for the trigger noun) to be consistently first rate. Regardless of whether the cut was made inside or out the work site is kept very clean and the cut is always neat and on the mark. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service! Highly skilled Concrete cutters, these guys can do anything! I found their website on Google, called and was greeted by Liz who was extremely knowledgeable and organised an immediate quote. The job was then completed on time and on budget! I highly recommend using Arrow Concrete Cutting!

They did the job adequately but unfortunately the quoted priced blew out x 3 due to thickness of concrete being thicker than the anticipated quoted thickness. We are very disappointed that the quote could not have been more thorough so we would have known whether to go ahead with this project. They also took the now x 3 $ payment out of our credit card without getting our approval. Not an easy company to deal with and we wouldn't use them again. They claim to have given us a discount on the end price but it was still $1100 above the quoted $641. Not good when you're working to a budget.

Have had a lot of dealings with this company in both concrete cutting and in the hire of skips and have always found them and all their staff to be helpful, efficient, reliable, and friendly.
