I really can’t believe that a shop that sells clothing to children does not have a toilet facility for them. My 7 year old daughter desperately needed the toilet and I was told to take her to the servo 500 m down the road. It’s shocking !!!

Bought and paid for school uniform on the 12/01/2015. After constant phone calls about the hooded jacket that was backordered - was informed today that it will be another two weeks!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH. That takes the time to recieve it to 5 months. But I was told at the begininng of April that it was two weeks away. This is the only shop to buy Aberfoyle Park high school clothing so I guess they can take as long as they want. Its not like customers can go elsewhere. Very unhappy and frustrated customer :(

We were led astray by staff. The pants we purchased were in stock but they wouldn't give them to us. No follow-up call to tell uswhen we or if we could collect.Why are you so disorganised?The staff attitude was polite and respectful but it doesn't help the situation.Parents need their children's uniforms before school starts, not after.In our situation, it was for our year 7 child who had no other uniform.We prepaid for the uniforms with the hope that it would give us a priority.No chance of that happening.

I had an appointment today and although I was early I was welcomed into the store. The young man that served my son and I was excellent and I was very impressed with the whole transaction. I am not sure of his name but thanks.
