My bedroom window blinds was taken away for replacement one month ago so I have been using a bed linen as a contingency. No one ever told me how long it would take to replace the old blinds during the process. Today when I gave them a call to follow up the replacement and asked if they could get the blinds back to me a bit earlier, I was told ‘you are not the only customer we have’.
