Wouldn’t even rate however had to so I can tell of my experience.Wow what a rude woman. Just wanted to get some flowers for my bestie that had a baby. Not knowing the area I asked if it was possible. A smart remark yes for the past 47 years, I’m like ok then she goes onto the only way is via direct deposit which fine, then I ask what are the options and she starts reeling off options in a sarcastic tone. Obviously Doesn’t need the business1. Wouldn’t you discuss what the customer wants before depositing into account?2. Not everyone knows who you and how long you’ve been there.3. I suggest a refresher in phone manners to customers.

I ordered flowers through an internet company for delivery in Mt Isa. It was for same day delivery. It was contracted to this florist. I paid $85 for florists choice colourful warm flowers. I then had a phone call from the internet company who requested an additional $30 for me to have flowers made up and delivered by this florist. I said no way am I paying $115, that's outrageous. They covered $15 and I paid $15. So that's now $100 for the flowers. I wondered why the recipient hadn't messaged to say delivered. Oh that's right. They weren't. I rang the internet company the next morning, who were very helpful, and they said she's doing them and will deliver today. Pastel pinks and purples were delivered. Yes, the recipient was happy but no idea of the saga involved. Total value $115 of which I paid $100. Not delivered on time, not same day delivery, not what I asked for and not the amount I originally paid when I ordered. Not impressed at all. I figure if you can't do the job for the price advertised on the site used to sell your product, don't accept it and then ask for more money. Unimpressed.

Flowers look nothing like arrangements online, some are spray painted can tell by the smell and when you touch them it transfers to your skin. way over priced for what you get, will never buy from here again.

I was unable to place an order with my credit card by phone from another town; was told they took it off us after 47 years so you can only direct deposit to my account". The person on the phone said I could deposit money if I had an ABN ???. I didn't feel there was anything professional about the conversation and didn't feel confident to proceed with a purchase."

A business that requires bank deposit? Red flag. Super dodgy.Her attitude isn’t the best either. Was told I can’t make an over the phone order as I’m not in town. What good is that. Hoping the owner sees this and realised how bad her business is and changes her act.

I ordered my wife some flowers over the internet this week. Delivered yesterday. Paid good money for them. The Internet company couldn't be more helpful and was also surprised about the under valved arrangement of flowers. I could of went to Coles or Woolworths and got and better bouquet of flowers. What a rip off. Talking to the online company to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCAL COMPANY.....Totally disgusted...

So rude the worst customer service. I will never use this business

My daughter called up today to make an order, the service she got was disgusting. She was spoken to rudely and got hung up on, not once but twice. She called them back thinking it may have been an accident, but no, the woman admitted deliberately hanging up on her and then hung up the second time. She was in tears. Luckily for another florist who knows how to conduct a business and show respect, helped her out with her order.
