Taylor's Outdoor Power Equipment Warners Bay

We went to WArners bay store today and purchased a mower and whipper snipper. Salesman was Ethan and what wonderful service we had. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Definately will go back again.

I highly recommend Taylor's Outdoor Power equipment at Warner's Bay without hesitation.Today, I bought the Stihl battery lawn mower RMA 765. I am very thankful that Ethan took the time to explain the features of both lawn mowers and was clearly knowledgeable about them.He also gave me the time to try them out in store on my own so I could figure out which one was right for me. He was friendly and gave me straightforward, easy to understand advice.I have bought several Stihl products from this store over the years. The products last and I am never disappointed. The after sales support is great, but what is even better is I've only ever had to go back once for a problem and as it turned out it was not the gear but my lack of understanding. The gear simply works and it makes it fun to go in the garden.

When I originally purchased a whipper snipper from this company last year, the young man who served me spent a lot of time explaining the pros and cons of each different type and their various uses. The one he recommended was perfect for our very large and overgrown and yard.Recently, the manager was extremely helpful when we had a minor issue with a part for the whipper snipper, going above and beyond our expectations with his professionalism and product knowledge. The manager spent quite a bit of time with him and answered all his questions, explaining everything clearly and concisely. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for outstanding service and quality products.

From my first discussion with Ethan regarding a robotic mower which we knew nothing about his knowledge of the product was very helpful which we then purchased Ethan then organised the installation which he did himself nothing was any trouble Ethan called in on his way home for a hand over and to explain how it works to best suit our needs would not hesitate to recommend Taylor's Warners Bay absolute first class service
