Optus Bass Hill

I’ve been looking for screen protectors for the Apple Watch for months now and Navi was an absolute delight to deal with. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. She put the screen protector on my watch for me and was even reading the instructions to help me find out if it was water proof. So friendly and lovely, truly a delight. Next time I need anything I will def be going there!!

Attitudes with big guy I didn't like it

I have been a optus customer for over 10years and I won't be going anywhere else. I always visit the bass hill to see Navi and her team. The store environment is so welcoming that I'm always made to feel like family. Navi has such a humerus and warm approach that her entire team is exactly the same. Thank You to Brandon for helping me today I was so impressed by your service I was happy knowing Navi was there in the background

If you guys are reading this, don't worry about all these karens with the 1 stars and nothing nice too say as this is no where near true.The ladies and the guy with the pony tail are hilarous, they make you feel like family and very upfront with you.When i came and had a sit down, had nothing but jokes and laughs, unfortunally my credit history isn't the best, but these guys went above and beyond to get me approved. And they really took care of me with their packages.If this store doesnt scream customer service, then i don't know what store does.Thank you guys so much for your help, will see you guys for an upgrade in a year.

Bass hill optus has got to jave the worst customer service around. The manager is rude and not willing to help an optus customer business customer for over 25 yrs. As the contracts expire I will definitely be taking my business somewhere else. Cheers. ONE LESS LOYAL CUSTOMER.

I would like to send a big Thank You to the lovely lady that runs this store( Nivi). I am a senior and on my own these days. I needed a lot of help with a smart phone i had bought from Optus. She was very patient with me and gave me time in helping me to get to know my phone. I was also able to get my ipad set up that was given to me as a gift she also didn't mind doing that( the Ipad was sitting collecting dust as i didn't know how to use it and i visited another store and they where not happy to help me as i didn't buy it from them, I left that store feeling embarrassed and ashamed ). I returned again the following day to see Nivi as i forgotten half the information. She greeted me with her infectious smile and apologised as she was very busy. She made me a appointment and we again sat and gave me time i could see the true sincerity in her face she really wanted to help me and make sure i was able to use my phone.You made my life better Thank you Nivi.
