Unfortunately I had an aweful experience at Aldi about an hour ago. Feeling the need for a close toilet, I knew I probably wouldnt be able to use the stores one. Please consider babies, disabled, unwell people and please provide a toilet. Aldi are quick to take your money. How about a basic toilet. I made quite a mess in my car and needed a shower when I got home.

I attended Aldi Blair Athol as a new customer this afternoon and was appalled by the customer service. To start the shop when asked about trollies an employee answered in a very cold manner with attitude. And to end the shop there was a line of customers queuing up for checkout and two employees are in conversation for a good few minutes before serving the first customer. You can better Aldi.

Typical Aldi, good prices and a nice layout, every Aldi I have gone to though could always do with another register open, thats my only negative towards it!
