No signs as to where to get your prescription, some staff are not attentive.Cashiers don't listen after they ask you a question. Prices are the only good thing about this place.Customer service 0.Sad to say my local chemist staff are not very switched on.Only 1 guy trying his best in there from my experience.P.s. Get proper signage for your prescription area, that way sick people have less interaction with the staff to avoid them from getting sick.If you can avoid this place, I suggest it.Had to wait more than 20 minutes for no help getting my prescription.

Some seriously miserable reviews here. Respectfully, unless you yourself have worked in retail or food, you will NEVER understand the level of entitlement and stupidity that exists in this world.I have been shopping at CWH for years. I do not get 5 star service and do not have that expectation. Yes I have to plan beforehand, thoroughly. If I can and am prepared to wait, I ALWAYS ask for wait times to avoid misunderstandings. I do NOT argue about wait times unlike some people I’ve seen. The last time I left 2 scripts, and came back in 30 minutes. In that time I got creative - I was in a shopping centre so I did my groceries. When I returned I had to wait to pick up my scripts, dispensary could be more attentive. At the end of the day, I’m happy to get my medications and items at prices I can afford.These places are permanently understaffed, so I suggest you treat leftover staff with some dignity as they are very likely doing 2-3 people’s jobs as well as ridiculous shifts. Yes, not all staff are helpful or nice, but like anyone else, most are willing to assist if you treat them with basic respect.

I had great and wonderful experience shopping at chemist warehouse on Wednesday 8/3 at around 6pm. I needed to locate some hair lice solution plus some eye drops, and the young worker named Jesse directed me to both exact places where the products were. he is such well mannered and caring young man, and so approcable too.If you ever decide to shop here, look for the young man Jesse to help you with your needs or any queries you may have.

Got a expiry medicine from them which was so bad experience.Expired on 02/2023 & got a product aciclover on 14/03/2023 Why can’t they check before they gave medicine to the patient. This is so serious matter. I couldn’t believe they didn’t realize the product was already expired. Such a bad experience. I tried to get refund and get medicine from nearby chemist warehouse as i stay far from rockdale, they were not able to do so either. Very frustrating and unmanaged.

One of the slowest pharmacy dispensaries, even when it is not busy.They never follow up on their promised SMS or phone calls, so need to remind them to get your prescription.Twice they had no medication and never called as promised.One of the female pharmacists is very unfriendly can’t care less when I asked her for some information, she just looked me up and down and started to ask unrelated questions in a weird wayTheir staff behind the registers are rude teenagers.On the good point the store is large and has wide isles and a lot of stuff on the shelves.Also, their security people, especially a guy with big curly hair are very lovely and polite.

Highly recommend Chemist Warehouse Rockdale Plaza. Every time I come here I'm so impressed with pharmacist Farah. You cannot go past the great attention, charism and knowledge that Farah has. Want to say that the pharmacy service has never been good until Farah started working here.She in particular has always gone above and beyond and is excellent at understanding customer needs! I bought some general retail items from this branch and female floor staff were available or else proactively asking if customers needed help. If you don't, they leave you alone to browse but if you do they will direct you or go find what you're after. The male counter staff who served me was also friendly.As a chemist warehouse, they have all the items you would expect in the familiar store layout - many at their RRP-discounted prices as well as sale items too look out for too.

They charged me fast delivery fees $15 but not delivered things within 3 hrs framework at all. Unreliable service at all and never buy it again from them

Only thing good about the place is that its convenient to go there whilst shopping. I waited 1hr for a couple scripts and after standing in front of the pickup counter for 40mins after asking if my scripts ready (they told me 15 mins), they tell me one of my meds is out of stock. They could've told me earlier... And i'm in there every week for meds. Bad service. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Terrible service!!!! I came in a few months ago to get myself sunscreen that suits my acne and the kind lady gave us a few samples to try of sunscreen and It was greatly appreciated. I ended up buying a sunscreen she recommended to get. Everything is going great until the security lady asked for our receipt. I showed my receipt and I got verbally accused of stealing. She kept insisting that I was stealing and I got the lady that gave me the samples and she also kept telling the security lady that it was a sample. The lady that gave us the sample went and got more employee to confirm it was a sample because the security lady didn’t believe us. The lady typed it into the system to show that it was a sample and we eventually left after 24 minutes of being accused, and late for my doctors appointment. Do security have nothing better to do these days!? I feel very insulted and wrongfully accused. Never coming to this chemist warehouse again!!!
