Justin was great to deal with, he was very thorough with his inspection, and spent time explaining any issues. The report was very comprehensive and easy to understand containing photo's of each area together with a list of any important Maintenance issues that need to be followed up. I would recommend Justin to anyone requiring a building and pest inspection.

We asked for a pre purchase building from our local Jim’s Building Inspections. Justin contacted us very quickly to arrange a time to do the building inspection. Justin’s communication was fantastic. After the inspection was attended Justin spoke to us by phone and we had a full, well documented and photographed building report emailed to us the following morning. Now this is service. I would highly recommend Justin from Jim’s Building Inspections should you need a property inspection.
