By far the best rug shop I have been to! Very friendly and professional staff. I bought a rug for mother's day and I couldn't be happier! Kaan was very helpful and patient (since it was our first time shopping for a rug), he showed us around the store and with all honestly told us about the goods and bads of every rug we liked! And on top of all, we got a big discount for mother's day. Would definitely recommend Decorug in general and the Aspley store in particular for anyone in the market for an affordable, great looking high quality rug.

From the initial query to the recent installation of my Plantation Shutters, I have been very happy with everything at Decorug Aspley. Eren provided excellent service in store and doing the initial measure then Frank did the final measure & install. Frank was so efficient & also very funny plus excellent with teenagers which made him such a pleasure to deal with. The shutters look amazing & have genuinely improved the look of my home. The free installation was what won the business but going forward I don't envisage any issues with the product. I'm confident that even if I do, Eren will look after me with the same professionalism he has thus far.

Recently got our 3 bedroom townhouse carpet from the amazing DecoRug at Aspley and wow what a fabulous experience. We had checked out prices and styles from all around but the one we settled on from DecoRug was a stroke of genius. I can't thank these guys enough. Kaan and his team were so helpful, patient and informative, they made every step of the process a pleasure. I wish I had a string of houses to carpet just so I could keep going back and dealing with them. They cared so much and guided us respectfully to a great choice. I have been to many retail stores. I have never met such a friendly staff like the guys in Decorug Aspley. They were so helpful. I purchased two rugs from them. I am thinking to replace the flooring in my house and won't go anywhere else but them. Hopefully I will see you soon :))

Hi .. I just want to let people know that I just bought a rug from here and was overwhelmed with the friendliness and cooperation with a certain staff member .. her name is Pat .. Pat let me borrow several rugs over a period of a week so I could see if they looked good at my place and without charge, her patience with me was second to non, Pat's sense of humour was extraordinary , had me in stitches while still maintaining a very professional grip on the situation, this women was the reason I decided to buy the rug from here , she also helped me with design of my little lounge room with a few things and gave me her honest opinion about my ideas and likes and dislikes, A wonderful and lovely person.Thanks PatRon

Nate took the time to discuss our needs and then arranged a time to meet with us when he could spend more time, with less interruptions (as is expected on a Saturday). Warning! DO NOT USE Decorug Aspley for Vinyl flooring. I spent $5000 to have Vinyl flooring professionally installed by the tradesperson Decorug Aspley arranged. The flooring was poorly laid, large gaps between the boards, very bowed, the glue was not dried underneath almost 3 months later when I had no choice but to rip the flooring up. I was given the run around by Eren who had nothing but excuses. He himself came to view the floor and he too agreed it was very poorly laid and assured me it would be fixed. BEWARE of this place unless you want to learn a VERY costly mistake as I did.
