We had a fabulous 5 day stay at Sunrise and it was magnificent. The accommodation is 5 star, spectacularly presented with the most gorgeous view of the ocean. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, from the booking process through to our stay, it was seamless and well worth it! Thank you

Booked a stayz home and PRD were handling the booking. Called for general question which turned into calling me a liar and very poor customer service. Don’t bother booking holiday accommodation through them. Definitely need more training for customer service role

Tim has excellent local knowledge, & readily shares this to help you make the best decision for your property! I have now worked with Tim on several property purchases & highly recommend him. The best thing about Tim, is he doesn't try to sell you anything! Instead he asks lots of questions to find what is important and what your dislikes are. He then shows you a variety of options, and allows time to think and not feel overwhelmed.Tim is committed to both his clients the seller & purchaser.

Will Never book Holiday accommodation with them again.Wouldn't allow us to adjust our stay by 1 night and also took a $1000 security deposit on the property which is more than what the holiday rental was for the whole week. Disappointing communication, disappointing overall actually.We will be going back to using the other 1770 company.The money that they 'refund' takes 5-7 days to return to your account. And we wanted to 'shorten' our stay by 1 night and were told no by Lady in office. So we paid for a night that we didn't even stay for. Disappointing to say the least.Then we asked for an early check in and after mentioning that they were difficult to deal with the same office lady declined us.We arrived early and went to office and the owner of PRD was there and was extremely helpful and also gave us our keys early.If I owned this business I would be wanting to know that my office staff had been unprofessional and hard to deal with.We have stayed at 1770 and other coastal destinations regularly and NEVER have we come across this.

Thank you to the Holiday girls. So easy to deal with, the communication was amazing from the very start. We were checking in very late at night and they had everything sorted for a stress free check in. After Hours on the road with 2 small children this was so helpful. The house was so well fitted out and clean. Cant wait to to come and stay again. Thank you.

We walked into PRD unannounced and were shown the perfect property there and then, the rental process was highly efficient and pleasant.During our tenancy we experienced a broken AC unit, one brief call to PRD and the unit was replaced with a brand new one in a matter of days.Upon the end of our tenancy we experienced a slight problem that was quickly rectified by a very understanding owner, which made for a pleasant end to a pleasant rental experience.
