Staff here unfortunately haven't been tort to smile and greet customers correctly. Said hello how are you on several occasions with no response, when repeated my hello was met with a very unenthusiastic response. Management please teach your staff customer service. Been coming here several times a week for 20 years. Very disappointing to see.

Alright, where to start?I am a muslim & was given a single BACON whopper when I ordered a double whopper meal deal with cheese.This was done on uber eats.the chips arrived turned upside down and the drink arrived spilled meaning that all my chips were soggy and cold.Secondly, I ordered 6 nuggets which were ice cold.So I paid $18 dollars for a drink. I've never been so disappointed with food before.Ill be coming back for a full refund & free voucher next time.

Ordered a large Jacks Fried Chicken piece meal which is meant to come with chips and a dipping sauce. When my ordered arrived the chips and sauce was missing. Tried calling the restaurant and got a automated message saying that the number(s) are disconnected. So I paid $20 for 3 small pieces of chicken and a large coke. What a waste of my money.

Uber eats from here. ordered 4x storms. instead of giving us storms or removing the option from the uber eats they gave us 4x Drumstick Minis and didnt cancel order. At $5.70 each for a drumstick mini is literally a scam.

Worst Hungry Jack's in the Melbourne. I ordered a family meal today 25/5/23 and asked the burgers to be swapped with equivalent. They didn't tell me that there would be extra cost... which was $17 extra on top of $24.95. When I got home, 2 of my burgers were not what I ordered and i got swindled $17. This Hungry Jacks is ran by children and very disappointed with lack of service, misleading information and providing incorrect product. Everytime i go here, they rip you off by charging more but not giving the correct product.Management (not children) should be really investigate this store. It's ran by incompetent people.Avoid this Hungry Jacks. It's the worst one out of the lot.

Shocking. Ordered cheese burger with no pickle extra hot. Made me park down the street to wait 15 -20 mins for a cold one WITH PICKLE!! Then try to call as can't go back it's a one way exit and only contact number disconnected. I worked here for 4 years years ago safe to say this place had gone down hill. Hopeless!

It's a fairly clean and decent HJ. Food is pretty good. It's a pretty decent fast food place to get all your usual burgers and fries. Staff are nice enough and do a pretty good job of cleaning and serving food. They got my order right, so I'm pretty happy.The reason not giving it 5 stars is, well it is still a fast food joint, so yeah, greasy cheese and soggy sauce, not exactly Michelin star material. Still, it is pretty good but not an award winning place to grab your pretty decent burgers.I like that they now have the no straw caps on the cups but will still give you straws. Hopefully, when people are used to drinking from the no straw cups they can stop handing out the straws. So just in the transition period to being better. So another reason it's just not quite 5 stars...but overall a pretty good place.

Pathetic. Was second car in line in the drive through Saturday morning at 9 . 45. Virtually no one in the restaurant. Took 14 1/2 minutes to get 2 muffins and 2 hash browns. Muffins were stone cold and hash browns soggy. Never again.
