The Team at Swift are wonderful. They got us out of a jam with our oven and did it with courtesy and professionalism exceeding our expectations. The ACCC may be giving them a hard time, but that certainly does not impact their customer service.

I can only presume Swift have gone broke, zero communication with several attempts to contact them.Both products I had fitted in a brand new van have failed.Australian made ???If that's Australian quality I'm going Chinese

Recently I needed a replacement 12 volt switch for my caravan.I contacted Swift. The woman who answered was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. I received the part two days later.Good service does still exist.Thank you.

The customer services received was excellent. Although I came in with what thought was an issue with my oven, the guys found that Is was a problem elsewhere and did everything they could to repair and ensure it would not happen again.

I’ve be dealing with Swift appliance group for a couple of months and I have to say that they have been fantastic. My issue was not the oven faults their currently dealing with, it was another product and they have bent over backwards to ensure my problems were solved. I can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended.
