I have shopped in the Narellan store for the last 3 years and always loved my experience, up until today. There is a new manager in there who is nothing but rude and disorganised. I refuse to be spoken to like a 2nd grade citizen. Previous manager was a delight and always assisted where possible.

2 middle aged woman staff not very helpful, having a conversation and not acknowledging customers. Young girl very helpful, purchased a display item as the 1 not on display was damaged. On paying at the counter the older woman with dark short hair with grey protruding through said to the young one we have others in stock to which the young girl replied yes I know it was damaged then the older woman turned and rolled her eyes. She shouldn’t be in customer service at all. I visit this store if I’m at the town centre as the homewares are amazing. Not anymore as this is the 2nd time this woman has been rude…

Was in store and talk about rude staff and manager. No one assists when you ask for help they eye roll and as a customer who was wanting to decorate my home i felt quite unwelcome and almost like a burden for asking a question even the manager so rude and need to change staff for me to return and my family and friends i have lived here for years and still recieve the same treatement i definitely will never go back again

Exceptional customer service by little lady called Chloe. Guided me around the store, gave me recommendations on what to buy my wife for our anniversary and really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The store is blessed to have such dedicated employees like chloe. I will definitely shop here again!

As much as I love the shop, after my recent experience there with the so called “new manager” Cheryl I think her name is, I will never go back there. I’m a regular shopper, love the products, candles and decorations but the way she talks to her staff let alone customers and still has a job there is beyond me! I’m horrified and feel so sorry for the workers. I will not be back there, nor will all my friends and family who are also regular shoppers until that manager is gone.

Went in Store sometime last week because it caught my eye when I was headed to coles- looks beautiful from the outside but wow was I surprised..staff member by the name of Cheryl didn’t even bat an eyelash when I tried asking for help and gave me a glare afterwards…not impressed.

Nice stuff. Overpriced though. Everyone is commenting negatively about a lady named Cheryl..why hasn’t she been fried if the reviews are so bad!? I was served by an old/older lady with short dirty blonde hair. Didn’t bother to greet me, make eye contact or serve me properly when purchasing an item I had questions about. Preferential treatment was given to people of whiter appearance. What a disgrace of a human being.

Purchased some cushions there @$59.95 got home one was dirty, store refused to exchange & would only offer a credit. Will never purchase from these stores again & strongly advise others not too. Staff had an attitude problem
