The doctors are great and love visiting this practice, the receptionists are hopeless however… since halting bulk billing they are unable to process Medicare rebates using the eftpos machine and so you are always out of pocket and have to follow up with Medicare on your own. They don’t have any idea how to triage either, came in once with deep cut and then was made to wait by the receptionist (thankfully the lovely Dr Tang noticed and prioritised dressing the cut). Dr Priscilla is a great doctor and has been our family’s doctor of choice for many years.

My friend recently recommended Dr Chandani Samarasekera, Villawood Medical Centre, in order to get medical advice for my prolonged severe cough which had been bothering me for 6-8 months!At once, Dr Chandani realised my situation and arranged a respiratory specialist. Thank God! With Dr Chandani’s influence, I managed to quickly get an appointment. After specialist consultation and medications and few tests, CT scans and blood reports, my cough lessened within a couple of days!May I take this opportunity to thank Dr Chandani for her prompt response and professionalism to look after me as an outpatient. I recommend Villawood Medical centre doctors and staff for their outstanding services.Percy

Their pathology service is open Monday to Saturday 8am-12pm (midday). Receptionists are okay - not always friendly but they get the job done. Have seen Dr Tan and Dr Oei. Both are caring and helpful. They provide comprehensive checks and make sure to answer all your questions as factually as possible. Would recommend this clinic if you are looking for a good GP.

One of the best practices I have been to, doctors and staff are great and really try to help. Dr Tan spends more time to asks questions and examine than some of the specialists I've been too. Really takes the time to explain things other doctors don't, in a way that non-medical people can easily understand.Can whole heartedly recommend this practice if you are in need of good medical advice and care.

I saw Dr. J. Tang today.He is a compassionate, very knowledgeable doctor and most importantly he is actually interested in what his patients have to say. I would recommend him to anyone I care about any day.Thanks Dr. J. Tang for seeing me and helping me with some long term complex medical issues that can be quite time consuming.EDITED:I mixed up doctors stupidly and I’d like to apologise for the incorrect review I provided. The receptionist was helpful and able to get me an appointment quickly. Dr Johnson Tang was very thorough and took the time to explain my condition. Wait times were very short.

A good medical centre. Easy booking and i don't have to wait for too long. Plenty of parking aroung the centre. I always see Dr Johnson Tang. He's knowledgeable and well mannered. He takes time to explain what he does and why he does it. Highly recommend this medical centre and Dr Tang.

Highly recommended this Medical Practice.I'm very impressed by the professionalism, caring and friendliness of Dr Danny. She is an amazing Dr. Even when she's really busy she always takes time to listen to our issues and treats while explaining treatments clearly. Appreciated the listening and kind advice of Dr Danny today during a phone appointment.All the other doctors also very caring and professional. Front staff is friendly & supportive.

My kids and me have been here for couple years but my husband never been here before. I made a booking for him online and fill out all his details, but when he arrived, the centre asked him to pay 20$ to fill in his details cuz he is a new patient.Then the 2nd time my husband came, they ask another $20 even though we have medicare. I’ve been here so many time with my Medicare and have never pay any extra, but my husband only came twice and each time have to pay $20. Other medical centre no one charge for pre fill new patient details or charge any extra if you have your Medicare card. I have a friend have couple medical centres and I ask him, do your centre charge these fees. And he told me their centre won’t charge any fee to fill in new patient detail.So I don’t think I will come back here again

Went there a few months ago for my covid vaccine booster shot. The doctors were really nice and well mannered but the receptionist lady was truly disrespectful and unprofessional. I think they should hire another receptionist with better and more approachable attitude towards patients, otherwise they’ll lose patients over this.
