Service is lousy. Went in to purchase skate shoes, I sat and picked up a few, tried a couple on and was all but ignored by the staff. No one came to ask if I needed help or to offer assistance finding the shoe I wanted in my size. Won't be shopping here again.

Great new store set up. Picked up a new pair of sunnies, so happy. Staff were amazing giving how busy it was. An awesome experience.

Amazing customer service!!! Misplaced a receipt that was needed for warranty (sunglasses) and the staff bent over backwards to help me find it in their system, even though I could not remember the date of purchase or how it was paid (nightmare customer lol). We really love all the brands there so this store is most definitely our go to store for surf clothes and accessories. But the service makes the experience all the more special. Thank you :)
