the new manager that was in today had exceptional customer service. he was very attentive, gave us samples and great recommendations! thank you to the manager and Gelato Messina for a wonderful experience :)

Gelato by the beach! What can go wrong ehh. Great choice of flavors and equally good taste wise. Loved the lychee coconut gelato. Friendly staff who let us try a couple flavors before we could zero in on one. I’d definitely drop by if I’m visiting again.

Me and my family came here for Gelato, I tried their cookies and cream, it was tasty and delicous, staff were very kind .. Defentily reccomend this place

I've been following Messina for a long time and finally got a chance to eat some ice cream, well worth the wait! It's just deciding which flavor!!

Update: recently bought the Mango Vovoroom and it was sensational! Picked it up in store from the online order.Super excited to have a local Messina. The store is located on Bay Street just a few metres walk from the beach and Grand Parade intersection.All the flavours are represented here in a cool store that you expect from Messina. There are a couple of outdoor tables and although there is indoor seating, it’s not available for the moment due to COVID.There is a small merchandise bar as well as hot and cold drink options.It’s about time we had a solid gelato place in Brighton!I picked up the Messinetta which was available for limited time via online orders only.Will be back to dig into the staple flavours.

I tried their coffee ice-cream, 2 scoops were too much for me as there really big but tasty and delicious. I attended with 2 young children so their seating area inside is a great place for the fam to sit down and enjoy the ice-cream. Also, i like that they have toilets to clean and wash up after the big mess the children have made. Definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful decor, layout is great with seating inside. Lots of flavours to choose from! Service is lacking, would encourage the customer service to be more friendly.

Fabulous GelatoThere are numerous flavors of gelato from which to choose, but it's not overwhelming. The shop is intimate, cozy and wild with tiny tables and chairs on the sidewalk. The flavors are rich and distinguished which makes a wonderful mid-day stop or after-dinner plan. The neighborhood is modern and inviting with lots of cafes, bistros and restaurants nearby. Tourists & cruise passengers should include this on their hop on hop off tour. It's on the red line, stop #5, near Brighton le sands stop. You'll be glad you did.

Very generous place. Amazing ice cream and unique flavours! This is a number 1 place to go after a hot day on the beach. Cool, refreshing and great for dessert.
