The Abel Labels team were extremely helpful and professional.

Abel staff are always very accommodating and they produce a quality product.

After a great first discussion on site with a staff, further service was non existent. He said he could do free sample and on the phone they told me that wasn't true. I emailed the design and the paper choice and never heard back. When I called they weren't interested. I'm a local and wanted to support local business, not anymore.

A terrible customer service experience. Very poor communication. I visited the office and had to ring and email several times to get responses weeks after the initial request. Most importantly, the deadline I needed and was told could me met wasn't. This caused a loss of revenue from missing products at market stall and surprisingly the manager who confirmed my deadline to me, was unapologetic and defensive when I asked for an explanation. Label colours did not match those provided (converted to CMYK). 1 star given for discount I received (although this was only given upon request). Plenty of room for improvement here.

Great service, always happy to help out and give good advice on their products to make sure you get your vision printed in reality!
