The Body Shop - Rundle Mall

Lovely products but loveliest staff. Shoutout to Kalli! I went there with so many questions as I really wanted to understand what would suit my skin type, Kalli went over and above to guide me and recommend me the best care.

This review has two components :Good experience: this is specially for Spencer an employee who work in Rundle Mall . The customer service provided by her was excellent , very professional understanding and supportive towards choosing the right products . I went there to stock my regular facial wash for acne . She provided me with some sample so I can trial it on my skin which I’m absolutely loving it . Great experience.Bad experience: My experience last time wasn’t good though , it was in 10th May 2022 there was another girl very judgemental and racist and only spoke nice to local people and different behaviour for migrants . Cannot recall her name but she was very rude in the counter . These kind of racist behaviour should be addressed and staff should have proper education on cultural diversity and respect really .Experiences vary as per employee

I have had a pleasant assistance from a staff member that happily showed me around and was very welcoming and kind. My experience was made wonderful by how nice that staff member was

I generally go there when I'm looking for gifts for family & friends. The staff a very helpful.

Today I was looked after really well by one of the ladies helping customers on the floor and also the lady who set up a membership card for my daughterSurrounded by the Christmas chaos they still helped me find something for both my daughtersp.s. I can now confirm that both daughters were very pleased with their gifts.Thanks!

I have been a body shop lover for over 20 years. A visit last week to the Rundle mall store brought back much appreciation for their top quality products and eco conscious branding. Their soaps are still as divinely luscious as they were when I was a teenager. And they still have the best white musk perfume oil I've ever been able to find. Love the body shop.
